DBE - Biographical Dictionary of Education (1800-2000) is now available on line
In 2014 - at the end of a multi-year research project under the selected result PRIN 2010 and funded by the Ministry of Education - the Publishing Bibliografica of Milan has published the DBE - Biographical Dictionary of Education (1800-2000), a work in two volumes edited by Giorgio Chiosso (University of Turin) and Roberto Sani (University of Macerata), which has helped to bridge the shortage of organic biographical exhibitions and continually updated on the world of educators, pedagogues, school men and writers for children and youth. After two years, the 2448 biographical profiles, the result of original, in-depth archival research and a systematic utilization of the most recent results and historical research accredited, online are finally available within the database:
